Dr. Anoop Khandelwal is a supply chain and management professional with over 35 years’ working experience in the industry in India and overseas. On the education front, he is a Mechanical Engineer and Gold medallist from Agra University. He is also a post-graduate in Production Management and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is also a Ph.D. with research in Sustainability imperatives in the road transportation area. Beginning his career with HCL, in Office Automation and IT space, he worked there for about 10 years as General Manager and Plant-head. Thereafter, after a brief stint in the Textiles industry, in Vardhman Spinning Mills as VP Operations, he moved to Hewlett Packard (HP) as India Supply Chain & Logistics Head. As a Senior Director Operations in HP, he oversaw its growth in India as a premier Printer and IT company. He headed the entire Logistics and transportation function of the company handling imports and distribution. During his over ten years innings in HP, he also helped set up India back -office hub to manage Sales operations for entire Asia-Pacific region for HP. Post HP, he joined UTStarcom, a mid-size USA and China telecom MNC, as the designated Chief Operations Officer heading the Commercial and Operations functions to manage the rollout of Telecom infrastructure in Landline telephony space in India. He directly managed the execution and rollout of multi-play telephony equipment of BSNL across more than 500 locations in India. He joined Becton Dickinson India (BD) Operations team to address cost optimization initiatives in Supply Chain operations handling one of the largest projects of Distribution Network optimization which involved building modern warehouse infrastructure and efficient transportation using recent tools and trends in Logistics and Supply Chain space. Dr. Khandelwal is currently running his start-up Kspire Solutions LLP as Co-founder and CEO providing online mentoring services, project consultancy for commercial ventures, and supply chain interventions in public health supply chain arena.
Ms. Malhotra is a passionate public health professional with 18+ years international experience as a senior professional in public health working in both the private and public sectors. Ms. Malhotra has extensive experience in advocacy, policy reform and health systems strengthening with a particular focus on expanding access to healthcare services in India and abroad. Ms. Malhotra’s work across the globe including India, Bangladesh, Suriname, Mexico, Dubai, South Sudan is focused on non communicable diseases , nutrition, WASH, Solid Waste management and rare diseases has resulted in increased state funding for NCDs, the development of NCD training manuals for CHWs, Medical Officers and Para Medicals, monitoring of vaccination programs and key improvements in the national Rare Disease Policy. Ms Malhotra is a post graduate and certified diabetes educator and lactation consultant. She has completed South East Asia regional course on public health by AIIMS Delhi and PGI Chandigarh. She has also completed her fellowship in global policy, diplomacy and sustainability
Gayatri M Oleti, Joint General Manager, at present Heading Operations for Larsen & Toubro Public Charitable Trust. She holds a Ph. D degree in Population Studies, MBA, Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar India, MSC, Social Policy and Planning, London School of Economics. Gayatri implemented large scale public health programmes supported by USAID, World Bank and DFID, Gates Foundation and Children Investment Fund Foundation-UK in reproductive, sexual, maternal and child health domain. At present she is leading a multifunctional team and managing 300 Cr portfolio of L&T Public Charitable Trust to reach out to five million beneficiaries across five states in India with comprehensive development programmes with focus in access to primary a health care and education. Gayatri’s covers a wide range in social sector i.e. public health, system strengthening, improving access to primary care, livelihood, education, digital and financial inclusions leading to comprehensive community development.
Dr Laxmikant Palo is the Chief Executive Officer of PPHF with a strong track record of 29 years as a Program Leader, Technical Advisor of development programs across a diverse range of international organizations like Project HOPE, Save the Children, USAID, IntraHealth International, PATH, FHI360, and UK-AID. Dr Palo has successfully provided technical, fiscal, strategic and operations leadership in uniquely demanding environments. Dr Palo has extensive experience in program planning and management, evidence-based policy advocacy, partnership management, providing technical assistance to government and project implementing partners. His geographic expertise ranges from India and other parts Asia, to Africa, Europe and the United States. On the academic front, Dr Laxmikant has a Ph.D. in Public Health.
Professor Dr. Neeru Johri, Head, Department of Media Communication Studies at JIMS, Vasant Kunj, blends more than two decades of experience both in academics, social sector and industry. She also has experience of working in the Social Sector for more than a decade in area of Behaviour Change Communication and Policy Formulation related to Maternal Child Health Nutrition and Delaying Age of Marriage in Jharkhand with both the Government and International Organizations (USAID funded projects, CARE, DFID, UNICEF). She has contributed actively in designing of Training Modules on Life Skills for Adolescent Girls, Reproductive Health, Counseling, and Skilled Birth Attendant and advocacy forums. She has also been a Compeer with AIR & Doordarshan. Dr. Neeru Johri is also the Managing Editor of Mass Communicator: International Journal of Communication Studies since 2012. She is also in-charge for generation of content for Radio JIMS, Vasant Kunj 90.4 MHz.
Mr. Nikhilesh Maity is a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience in the social sector, specializing in health and hygiene. Currently serving as the Director of Jan Shikshan Sansthan since 2003, he has made significant contributions to organizations such as Singbhoom Gram Unnayan Samiti, Shramjeevi Unnayan, Mind Fellowship of Priya, and KVGK (Usha Martin CSR). His expertise extends to skill training, having positively impacted thousands of lives in Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh.
