As part of Project PRANAA, supported by GE HealthCare India and People to People Health Foundation – Asia, a one-day training session was held for Community Health Officers in Doddaballapur and Nelamangala, Bengaluru Rural District. The training focused on non-communicable disease (NCD) prevention and management. Expert sessions covered topics such as cervical cancer, breast cancer, and oral health, with 64 officers in attendance.
The program, conducted in collaboration with the Department of Health and Family Welfare Services of the Government of Karnataka and the NCD Cell in Bengaluru Rural District, provided valuable learning and insights for improved healthcare management of NCDs.
