The Program Manager will provide overall program coordination support for the planning, execution, financial management and evaluation of various health program. S/he will be coordinating with stakeholders, designing program strategies, managing resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. s/he will play a crucial role in addressing public health challenges, improving healthcare delivery, and implementing infrastructure health & wellness activities. Should have strong leadership quality, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of healthcare systems and public health principles.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 Program Management: Manage all project related activities including planning, execution, monitoring, review, and reporting.

  1. Stakeholder Management: Engaging with stakeholders such as the State healthcare department, government agencies, community organizations, and donors to ensure their involvement and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Resource management: Allocating financial resources, and project Team effectively to ensure project goals are met within budget provisions.
  3. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks related to project implementation and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful implementation.
  4. Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitoring project progress, tracking key performance indicators, and conducting regular evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Reporting and Documentation: Generating regular progress reports for stakeholders, documenting project activities, outcomes, and lessons learned for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  6. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project activities adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in the healthcare industry.
  7. Communication: Facilitating clear and effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to changes in project scope, priorities, and external factors to address emerging challenges and capitalize on opportunities for project success.
  9. Support in program scale up or expansion, increasing visibility and communicating the impact of program to partners and stakeholders.
  10. Any other activities assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of similar experience in the field of public health with government, private sector and/or NGOs
  2. Master/ bachelor’s level degree required, in public health or social sciences, public policy, international development or a related field
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Excellent organizational, planning and coordination skill
  5. Experience of media engagement – using media art and culture for advocacy
  6. Demonstrative ability to multitask.
  7. Strong computer skills

Position Overview. A Patta Saree Skill Trainer responsible for imparting designing, coloring and weaving of Berhampur Handloom Patta Saree in and around for wellbeing of the artisan community.

 Responsibilities:

  1. Identification of Trainees:
    • Select aspirant candidates for the skill training project from the artisan community.
    • Conducting needs assessments to understand the level of skill of the beneficiaries and group them in batches.
  2. Conduct Skill Training sessions
    • He/ She can develop and implement training programs that are aligned with business objectives, including design and development of curriculum, materials, and assessments.
    • Presenting training sessions that are engaging and interactive to help participants retain information.
    • Measuring the effectiveness of training programs by conducting evaluations with participants and managers after a course has been completed.
    • Coordinating with other members of the organization’s training department to develop and deliver training programs.
    • Providing individualized instruction to trainees who need help mastering new skills or improving existing skills in order to build their skills more effectively.

The Finance, Grants Management and Procurement Officer plays a vital role in managing the financial aspects of a health project, particularly related to finance and procurement. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective procurement processes and maintaining financial accountability within each project. The officer works closely with the project team, finance department, and relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with funding requirements, financial regulations, and project objectives.

 Key Responsibilities:

I. Procurement Management:

    • Implement procurement strategies and policies in line with project requirements and organizational guidelines.
    • Coordinate the procurement process, including sourcing, bidding, evaluation, and selection of suppliers or service providers.
    • Review and analyze procurement documents, such as requests for proposals (RFPs) and purchase orders, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
    • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of payment.
    • Monitor procurement activities, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
    • Maintain procurement records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.

II. Financial Accountability:

  • Data entry on Tally accounting software.
  • Support the finance team in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and expenditure analysis.
  • Support financial reviews and internal audits to ensure compliance with project policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and address any financial risks, inefficiencies, or discrepancies in procurement processes.

III. Compliance and Documentation:

  • Stay updated on relevant financial regulations, procurement guidelines, and donor requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, including procurement files, grant agreements, financial reports, and correspondence.

  • Support to administer grant funds in accordance with donor requirements, project guidelines, and financial policies.

  • Support in conduct financial assessments of grant proposals, review budgets, and provide recommendations for funding approval.

V. Requirements:

  1. Graduate with BCom or similar stream, PG with specialization in finance /CA/ICWA will be added advantage
  2. 2 years of experience in a similar position in Finance, procurement, and grants management.
  3. Experience in managing, legal and statutory compliances.
  4. Excellent working knowledge in the Tally ERP, GST and TDS returns software.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and professional comportment.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Community Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, consolidating, and ensuring smooth implementation of the project activities in the field location. He/she would communicate with the block level and district level health departments to roll out the activities.

POSITION SUMMARY: A Community Mobilizer, will be responsible for engaging and mobilizing the local community to actively participate in the health and wellness initiatives and programs offered respective by Health Centre. He/her Primary focus will be to create awareness, build relationships, and encourage community members to adopt healthy lifestyle practices for improved well-being.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Community Engagement:

    • Develop and implement strategies to engage the community in the health and wellness centre project.
    • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, local organizations, RWAs, and other relevant entities.
    • Organize community meetings, workshops, and events to raise awareness and gather input from community members.
    • Mobilize community for PHC service uptake, special outreach sessions, growth monitoring, immunization session etc.

Capacity Building:

    • Develop and deliver upskilling sessions for health workers and on health and wellness topics to empower community members with knowledge and skills.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Manager (PM) serves as the backstopping to field programs and provides technical support for project design, implementation, monitoring, and documentations. Focused monitoring & suggestions for agriculture & Livelihood activities The PM interfaces between the field staff, government of India, and other key stakeholders.   5. Support in Field Monitoring Executives Sourcing: Help to Identify and source potential candidates from various channels, including rural communities, educational institutions, and other relevant networks. Support outreach programs to engage with potential candidates.
  6. Training Coordination: Collaborate with training partners to organize skill development programs in multiple cities across India. Ensure the training curriculum is aligned with industry requirements and project goals. Monitor and evaluate training progress, making necessary adjustments as required.
  7. Community Participation Facilitation: Develop partnerships with employers and organizations to create job opportunities for project participants. Provide guidance and support to candidates during the job placement process. Monitor candidates’ progress in their employment roles.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for connecting to stakeholders in the Project area and building sustainability of the components implemented through the project. Analyze each step of the value chain to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and innovation, while concurrently developing and executing marketing initiatives to effectively communicate and promote the value proposition to the target audience. This integrated approach aims to maximize overall business performance and competitiveness in the market that benefit the VDC’s.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Provide technical, operational, and administrative support to activities and staff of relevant project Components, Improving Competitiveness of Selected Value Chains.
  2. Provide quality control and ensure timeliness of all value chain deliverables.
  3. Ensure the creation of a finished product, from its initial design to its arrival at a customer’s door
  4. Provide strategic analysis and concentrate on business opportunities, potential private sector partners, credit, and other external services options for the development in the different Value Chains within the SoW of the HRDP Program.
  5. Work with stakeholders to design value chain upgrading strategies, addressing production, post-harvest, processing, and marketing priorities in sustainable ways.
  6. Mobilize private and public stakeholders to develop and implement competitiveness strategies that support an industry vision.
  7. Support value chain development by facilitating the – identification and development of new market opportunities, upgrading of value chains, building of market linkages, support to producers to meet market requirements, strengthening of service markets, and, policy/enabling environment improvements.
  8. Work with regional value chain networks to identify value chain upgrading
  9. Ensure the marketing places in the prominent markets withing the scope of HRDP Programme and establishing value chain with an new marketing opportunities for the producers other than traditional ways.
  10. Provide technical support to value chain actors and potential actors in achieving value chain development goals.
  11. Contribute to the overall success of the project by identifying and enhancing effective demand for financing throughout target value chains.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Implementation and Monitoring Officer will provide overall program support to planning and organizing program activities in coordination with relevant government health departments, project offices, project partner, key stakeholders. S/he will be designing implementing, monitoring, and documenting new learning for high quality health programs. The role requires program facilitation on public health areas. The role also requires the ability to multi-task and handle complex and competing priorities.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The Officer is responsible for planning, implementation, and regular monitoring of project PRANAA to strengthen the NCD interventions at the project site in Pune.
  • The Officer is responsible for implementing and managing the project along with the comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation Plan.
  • The Officer is responsible for implementation of NCD population-based screenings, Call to action community drives, and ensure active participation from all stakeholders including corporate volunteers.
  • The Officer is responsible for documentation and dissemination of information on successful lessons and program results to stakeholders.
  • The Officer will oversee data collection efforts, including preparation of monitoring reports and synthesize data at program level.
  • The Officer is responsible for monitoring the results of the program’s activities and contribute to periodic evaluations/assessments of specific interventions.
  • The Officer will work closely with the other members of the technical team on the design, planning, and implementation of a comprehensive program implementation strategy for the project.
  • The Officer will work closely with the consortium partners at the district and community level.
  • The Officer will undertake other assignments, which may be assigned by the supervisor.
  • The Officer will undertake cross cutting engagements other than Project PRANA if assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s level degree required social sciences, such as Epidemiology, public policy, health Economics etc or social work. Prior experience in working in NPNCD program will be highly beneficial.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Program lead position, with expertise in implementing activities of development projects.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and operating project systems from project start to close, including developing data collection tools, overseeing, and assessing data quality and managing beneficiary monitoring and database systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Marathi required.
