- Infrastructure Development
- Lead the upgradation of health facilities ensuring all work aligns with Kayakalp standards.

Position Summary:
The Program Officer will provide overall program support to planning and organizing program activities in coordination with relevant government health departments, project offices, project partner, and key stakeholders. S/he will be designing implementing, monitoring, and documenting new learning for high quality health programs. The role requires program facilitation on public health areas. The role also requires the ability to multi-task and handle complex and competing priorities.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- The Officer is responsible for planning, implementation, and regular monitoring of project PRANAA to strengthen the NCD interventions at the selected 4 PHCs in Raichur.
- The Officer is responsible for implementing and managing the project along with the comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation Plan.
- The Officer is responsible for implementation of NCD population-based screenings, Call to action community drives, and all other activities with great liaising between all stakeholders including PHC based program teams
- The Officer is responsible for the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly reports along with documentation of successful stories, lessons learned from different stakeholders
- The Officer will oversee digitization of data and preparation of physical and financial reports and synthesize data at program level.
- The Officer will work closely with the other members of the headquarter technical team on the design, planning, and implementation of a comprehensive program implementation strategy for the project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s level degree requires social sciences, public health or social work. Prior experience in working in NPNCD program will be highly beneficial.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Program lead position, with expertise in implementing activities of development projects.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and operating project systems from project start to close, including developing data collection tools, overseeing, and assessing data quality and managing beneficiary monitoring and database systems.

Role Overview:
As a Nurse/ Nutrition Councilor PRANAA at PHCs, you will play a critical role in facilitating delivering NCD-related healthcare services to communities under PHCs in Raichur District. You will work directly with communities, providing essential medical care in NCD screening camps, health education in camps and awareness sessions. POSITION SUMMARY:

PPHF, with support from ICMR CiBioD, is collaborating with the government under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme to enhance primary healthcare services through Health and Wellness Centres (HWCs). The project involves installing AI-powered health kiosks/ATMs in selected Primary Health Centres (PHCs) in aspirational and low-performing districts. The aim is to facilitate early diagnosis, treatment, and referral for non-communicable diseases (NCDs), reduce morbidity and mortality from NCDs, improve health access for female beneficiaries, and reduce government health expenditure. The initiative also includes training frontline workers and generating awareness through health camps.

The Project Manager will be responsible for providing techno-managerial support to the program. Position Summary :
The Assistant Programme Manager – Value Chain will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of value chain development initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of agricultural and non-agricultural value chains. This role involves working closely with farmers, producer groups, local enterprises, and various stakeholders to promote market linkages, improve production practices, and ensure sustainable economic growth within rural communities. Roles and Responsiilities:
- Provide technical, operational and administrative support to activities and staff of
Component 1, Improving Competitiveness of Selected Value Chains
- Provide quality control and ensure timeliness of all value chain deliverables.
- Work with stakeholders to design value chain upgrading strategies, addressing production, post-harvest, processing and marketing priorities in sustainable ways.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing a wide range of print, presentation, report and web-based communication materials in compliance with PPHF branding and identity. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support planning and coordination of a project related activities

- Build capacity through formal and informal training

- Prepare a complete media engagement plan and coordinate with media houses for uninterrupted coverages of project activities
- Assist in training and community mobilization activities
- Assist in writing technical reports, project reports, presentations, briefs and articles
- Support in program scale up or expansion, increasing visibility and communicating the impact of program to partners and stakeholders.
- Explore and assist on business development activities.
- Assist in grant management, project deliverables, communications and related administrative aspects.
- Assist in proposal writing, budgeting, concept development, presentations, knowledge management activities, etc.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of similar experience in the field of public health with government, private sector and/or NGOs
- Master/ Bachelor’s level degree required, in public health or social sciences, public policy, international development or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, planning and coordination skill
- Experience of media engagement – using media art and culture for advocacy

Position: Regional Officer
Area/ Program: Type 1 Diabetes Education and Management Program
Location: New Delhi

Position Summary: The Regional Officer will be responsible for managing the partnerships with Healthcare Organizations (HCO) and program interventions in their specific region. S/he will provide technical, and management support the HCOs in the region, and monitor their performance, assist in problem solving, liaison and maintain relationship with the local doctors, and monthly reporting to the Project Manager.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing partnership contracts
- Support and provide technical and administrative support to respective regional HCOs
- Assist in partnership development with the eligible HCOs for the program.
- Provide mentoring and problem-solving support to field teams and monitor their performance closely by visiting the HCOs at periodic intervals.
- Ensure the enrolment of beneficiaries in the program to avail the diabetes management support at the respective centers
- Support the centers in raising timely requests and conduct their monthly reviews of administrative and financial documents and ensure timely utilizations of fund released.
- Provide technical backstopping to the centers and donor reporting’s to ensure adherence to compliance and administrative requirements.
- Ensure periodic updates of program data management using a technology enables platform
- Report to the Project Manager weekly and monthly on the program progresses.
- Build and strengthen, as required, networking with key stakeholders.
- Cross cutting project and program support as required.
- Any other work assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of similar experience in the field of diabetes education with government, private sector and/or development agencies with in-depth technical knowledge of diabetes and related fields.
- /DDPHN in Foods and Nutrition or Nutrition, Nursing, Pharmacology, Social science/life science or clinical science (additional experience in managing partnership contracts will be preferred).
- Certification in Diabetes Education will be preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, planning and coordination skill.
- Demonstrative ability to multitask.
- Strong computer skills and skills to manage the technology platform.
- Fluency in English and Hindi required. Excellent writing skills required.

POSITION: Program Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

documenting new, high quality health programs. The role requires program leadership in urban public health
areas. The role also requires the ability to multi-tasking and handling complex situation and competing the
priorities.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Lead planning and implementation process of the urban health project.
2. Leadership support in implementation, monitoring and documentation of program activities and review
reports.
3. Develop, guide, assess, and monitor program activities.
4. Clear articulation to lead the program/ project in light of outcome indicators and program goals.
5. Regular liaison and targeted communication along with project updates to KMC Health HQ, ICDS Dte and
DPO Kolkata and NHM and ensure their ownership and support to the program.
6. Lead role in networking and partnership and advocacy at different levels with development partners and
stakeholders
7. Support in developing training modules and materials for building capacity of health care professionals.
8. Ensure the timely quality intervention through formal and informal training of different target groups.
9. Facilitate monitoring process, MIS, different surveys including analysis and digital platform. Review
monthly/quarterly reports and other reports and guide the project implementation in line with project goal
and outcome indicators
10. Coordinate with Technical Advisory Group Members and ensure timely TAG meeting and facilitate the
process
11. Support in timely implementation of community mobilization activities.
12. Writing/ review technical reports, project reports, presentations, briefs and articles
13. Strategize program scale up or expansion, increasing visibility and communicating the impact of program to
partners and stakeholders.
14. Regular field visit and community engagement is essential part of this position. Reporting to KMC
and funding agency on regular basis.
