Illuminating Rural Lives: Distribution of Solar Mini-Homelights to Enhance Quality of Life

Access to reliable and clean electricity is a fundamental requirement for improving living standards and livelihoods. However, in many remote and underprivileged areas, grid connectivity remains a challenge. To bridge this gap, HRDP has stepped forward to distribute solar mini homelights to 200 beneficiaries of Namsai and Lower Dibang Valley district; empowering communities with a sustainable and affordable source of lighting.

These compact and portable devices harness the power of the sun, providing clean and bright illumination without relying on the electricity. It is helping the beneficiaries in accessing to Improved Quality of Life, helping the children in education, health & safety as well as environment sustainability.
