One-Day HIV/AIDS Awareness Sessions under Mission Sunehra Kal in Haridwar

People to People Health Foundation (PPHF), under Mission Sunehra Kal and in collaboration with the Health Department, Haridwar and the Department of Women Empowerment & Child Development, conducted HIV/AIDS awareness sessions across Anneki, Atmalpur Bongla, and Bahadrabad on World AIDS Day, engaging 72 participants through three core group meetings and two mothers’ sessions. The sessions covered key aspects of HIV/AIDS, including symptoms, prevention, and protective measures, with participation from pregnant and lactating women, eligible couples, adolescent girls, and community women, alongside guidance on maternal health, nutrition, ANC and PNC care, balanced diets, and hygiene. The initiative is supported by ITC Limited under Mission Sunehra Kal.
