Our mobile medical unit provided essential outpatient services to the local community during the PM-JANMAN event at Sunabeda village, Nuapada. The event was graced by the presence of the District Collector, Chief District Medical Officer, Child Development Project Officer (Komana), and other officials. Their visit highlighted the importance of accessible healthcare in remote areas, and they appreciated the efforts of the People to People Health Foundation – Asia and SBI Foundation in delivering vital medical services to underserved populations.
The District Collector and CDMO acknowledged the dedication of our project team and the important role we play in improving healthcare access. The mobile medical unit offered on-site consultations, addressing immediate healthcare needs and raising awareness about the availability of mobile health services.
