Under the SBI Foundation’s Sanjeevani—Clinic On Wheels Mobile Medical Unit Project, implemented by People to People Health Foundation (PPHF), we are committed to making healthcare accessible in underserved regions. A special health & awareness camp was recently organized in Gadbhata village, Nuapada District, in coordination with Sunabeda PHC. More than 200 residents from Gadbhata and nearby villages actively participated in the event.
Topics covered included prevention & treatment of seasonal diseases, general sanitation & handwashing with soap (HWWS), malaria prevention & deworming, care of pregnant women & new mothers, and prevention of childhood illnesses. As part of the initiative, hygiene kits were distributed to 200 women to promote better health and hygiene practices.
