People to People Health Foundation (PPHF) convened a multi-stakeholder development dialogue in New Delhi on September 08, 2026, bringing together policymakers, clinicians, industry leaders, development partners, and healthcare institutions to address key challenges in rare disease care. Chaired by Dr. Anil Bonde, Hon’ble MP, Rajya Sabha, and co-chaired by Dr. Geetha Anandan, ADG, DGHS, MoHFW, the dialogue explored innovative financing and CSR models, stronger public-private referral pathways, early diagnosis and prenatal screening, medical education, and greater policy attention to building sustainable and accessible rare disease care in India.
