Seeds of Prosperity: HRDP’s Agro-Horticultural Training Boosts Rural Entrepreneurship

The Regional Farmer Training activity on Agro-Horticultural value chain and entrepreneurship development was held on 28th April 2024 in Injuno Village, Lower Dibang Valley district. More than 30 Farmers from Injuno Village of Lower Dibang Valley, Agribusiness Owners and Village coordinators attended the programme. Smt. Toktel Boko, Janghu, Subject Matter Specialist (SMS), ICAR KVK, Roing ,Arunachal Pradesh was the resource person for the said training program. The training program addressed a variety of topics relevant to contemporary agriculture such as Sustainable Farming Techniques, Improved Crop Selection and Cultivation and Market Access and Financial Literacy. The farmer training program received positive feedback from participants. Farmers expressed confidence in applying the acquired knowledge to improve their agricultural practices and profitability.
