People to People Health Foundation (PPHF), New Delhi, invites sealed quotations under an Expression of Interest (EoI) for the procurement and implementation of Development of Gravity Based Spring Shed to Revive Himalayan Springs activities as per the configuration and requirements detailed below.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Quoted prices must represent the cost levied by your organization.
  2. Quotation validity: 07 days from the date of opening.
  3. All correspondence must indicate ENQUIRY NO. & DATE.
  4. Quotations must be typed or clearly written in indelible ink, without corrections or erasures.
  5. The quotation must include PAN, GSTIN, and complete contact details of the bidder.
  6. The sealed quotation must reach PPHF at the below address on or before 08/01/2026 by 15:00 hrs through courier, registered post, hand delivery, or by email at procurement@pphfglobal.org.
  7. If sent by email, the quotation document must be password-protected, and the password shared at the time of bid opening only.
  8. Payment will be made via NEFT/RTGS after release of payment from the client.
  9. The sealed envelope or email subject line must clearly mention “Development of Gravity Based Spring Shed”.
  10. All correspondence regarding the Purchase Order will be managed through PPHF Head Office, New Delhi.
