Project Description 

In 2025, Heavy rains, cloudbursts, and landslides devastated several regions of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, disrupting lives and livelihoods across both states. In response to this humanitarian crisis, People to People Health Foundation (PPHF), with CSR support from Medreich Limited, extended timely relief to the affected families. In October–November 2025, PPHF distributed 650 relief kits to flood- affected households across 8 villages in Dehradun and 700 relief kits to households across 10 villages in Mandi, bringing much-needed hope and stability to families as they began the long journey of recovery and rebuilding their lives.

Project Objectives 

  • Provide immediate relief support to flood-affected families.
  • Address urgent household needs during the post-disaster period.
  • Support early recovery and restore dignity among affected communities.
