Project Description 

Obesity has emerged as a major public health and economic challenge in India, with nearly one in four adults classified as obese and significant implications for healthcare systems and productivity. Addressing this growing burden requires a shift from viewing obesity solely as a lifestyle issue to recognizing it as a chronic disease that demands comprehensive strategies. PPHF is convening a series consultation to reposition obesity as a public health priority in India.

Facilitate increased commitment and collaboration of key stakeholders for creating an enabling environment and repositioning of Obesity.
