The People to People Health Foundation (PPHF), in collaboration with Wishes & Care Foundation, hosted an insightful fireside chat on “Prehospital Emergency Care and Basic First Aid” on February 21, 2026. The session was led by Dr. Ritu Saxena, Deputy Medical Superintendent at Lok Nayak Hospital, and focused on the life-saving importance of the prehospital phase, essential first aid practices, common mistakes to avoid, and the heightened need for vigilance when responding to emergencies involving older adults. Through such initiatives, PPHF continues to empower communities with the knowledge and confidence needed to respond effectively.
