People to People Health Foundation (PPHF), New Delhi, invites sealed quotations under an Expression of Interest (EoI) for the procurement and implementation of Setting Up of Smart Classes (Higher Grade Schools) activities as per the configuration and requirements detailed below.
Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be required to execute the complete turnkey upgrade for 02 (Two) Units. The scope of work per unit consists of the following line items:
- Civil & Structural Renovation:
- Major repairs and structural maintenance of existing walls, flooring, and roofing.
- Complete renovation and construction of functional toilet structures.
- Renovation and structural upgrading of the Kitchen Shed.
- Fixtures & Openings:
- Complete removal of old structures and replacement with new doors and windows.
- Interior Furnishing:
- Supply, tailoring, and complete laying of high-quality Floor Carpets.
- Electrical Infrastructure:
- Execution of complete electrical connectivity.
- Supply, installation, and testing of required Fans, Lights, Switches, Switchboards, and heavy-duty internal/external wiring.
- Branding & Visibility Setup:
- Fabrication and installation of customized ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) Board Branding.
- Fabrication and secure mounting of Steel Pipe Boards for outdoor branding and visibility.
- Aesthetics & Finishing Works:
- Comprehensive interior and exterior painting.
- Specialized execution of BALA (Building as Learning Aid) Paintings/thematic educational wall art.
General Bill of Quantities (BoQ Framework)
Bidders shortlisted through the Expression of Interest (EOI) process will be invited to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage and submit their financial bids based on the indicative Bill of Quantities (BoQ) outlined below.

The above BoQ is indicative in nature and is intended solely for bid evaluation and comparative assessment purposes. Detailed technical specifications, site requirements, quantities, and execution guidelines shall be shared with shortlisted bidders during the RFP stage.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders must meet the following minimum eligibility requirements to qualify for shortlisting:
- Legal Status: The bidder must be a legally registered entity in India (Proprietorship, Partnership Firm, LLP, or Private Limited Company) and possess valid PAN and GST registration certificates.
- Relevant Experience: The bidder should have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in turnkey civil contracting, commercial/institutional renovation works, or interior and electrical fit-out projects.
- Project Execution Capability: The bidder must demonstrate a proven track record of successfully executing projects of a similar nature within the last three financial years.
- Resource Strength: The bidder should have the capability to deploy skilled manpower, experienced supervisory staff, and quality materials required for timely project execution.
Submission Requirements
Interested agencies are required to submit a non-financial Expression of Interest (EOI) dossier containing the following:
- Technical Profile: Company Profile, PAN and GST registration certificates, and brief descriptions along with photographs of similar projects completed.
- Financial Credentials: Audited financial statements or a Chartered Accountant’s certificate demonstrating the bidder’s financial stability and capacity to execute the project.
Terms and Conditions
- Quoted prices shall represent the total cost offered by the bidder for the proposed scope of work.
- The quotation shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of bid opening.
- All correspondence must clearly mention the Enquiry Number and Date.
- Quotations must be typed or clearly printed and should not contain any overwriting, corrections, or erasures.
- The quotation must include the bidder’s PAN, GSTIN, registered address, and complete contact details.
- The sealed quotation must reach PPHF on or before
05 June 2026, 03:00 PM (IST)
through courier, registered post, hand delivery, or by email at procurement@pphfglobal.org - In case of email submission, the quotation document must be
password-protected. The password shall be shared only at the time of bid opening. - Payment shall be released through NEFT/RTGS after receipt of payment from the client.
- The sealed envelope or email subject line must clearly mention:
“Setting Up of Smart Classes (Higher Grade Schools)”. - All communications and correspondence related to the Purchase Order shall be coordinated through the PPHF Head Office, New Delhi.
