People to People Health Foundation (PPHF), New Delhi, invites sealed quotations under an Expression of Interest (EoI) for the procurement and implementation of Setting Up of Smart Classes (Higher Grade Schools) activities as per the configuration and requirements detailed below.

Scope of Work

The selected contractor will be required to execute the complete turnkey upgrade for 02 (Two) Units. The scope of work per unit consists of the following line items:

  • Civil & Structural Renovation:
    • Major repairs and structural maintenance of existing walls, flooring, and roofing.
    • Complete renovation and construction of functional toilet structures.
    • Renovation and structural upgrading of the Kitchen Shed.
  • Fixtures & Openings:
    • Complete removal of old structures and replacement with new doors and windows.
  • Interior Furnishing:
    • Supply, tailoring, and complete laying of high-quality Floor Carpets.
  • Electrical Infrastructure:
    • Execution of complete electrical connectivity.
    • Supply, installation, and testing of required Fans, Lights, Switches, Switchboards, and heavy-duty internal/external wiring.
  • Branding & Visibility Setup:
    • Fabrication and installation of customized ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) Board Branding.
    • Fabrication and secure mounting of Steel Pipe Boards for outdoor branding and visibility.
  • Aesthetics & Finishing Works:
    • Comprehensive interior and exterior painting.
    • Specialized execution of BALA (Building as Learning Aid) Paintings/thematic educational wall art.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders must fulfill the following minimum criteria to qualify for shortlisting:

  1. Legal Status: The firm must be a registered entity in India (Proprietorship/Partnership/LLP/Private Limited) with valid GSTIN and PAN registration certificates.
  2. Experience: Minimum of [Insert e.g., 3 years] of experience in turnkey civil contracting, commercial/institutional renovation, or interior electrical layouts.
  3. Project Execution Capacity: Proven track record of successfully executing similar structural and finishing/branding projects within the last 3 financial years.
  4. Resource Strength: Capability to deploy skilled labor, experienced supervisors, and premium-grade materials simultaneously across the project units.

Submission Requirements

Interested agencies must submit their non-financial Expression of Interest dossier containing:

  • Technical Portfolio: Company Profile, registration certificates (PAN, GST), and brief summaries/photographs of similar projects completed.
  • Financial Credentials: Certified financial statements or CA certificates indicating financial health and capacity to execute works without mobilization advances.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Quoted prices must represent the cost levied by your organization.
  2. Quotation validity: 30 days from the date of opening.
  3. All correspondence must indicate ENQUIRY NO. & DATE.
  4. Quotations must be typed or clearly written in indelible ink, without corrections or erasures.
  5. The quotation must include PAN, GSTIN, and complete contact details of the bidder.
  6. The sealed quotation must reach PPHF at the below address on or before 05/06/2026 by 15:00 hrs through courier, registered post, hand delivery, or by email at procurement@pphfglobal.org.
  7. If sent by email, the quotation document must be password-protected, and the password shared at the time of bid opening only.
  8. Payment will be made via NEFT/RTGS after release of payment from the client.
  9. The sealed envelope or email subject line must clearly mention “Setting Up of Smart Classes (Higher Grade Schools)”.
  10. All correspondence regarding the Purchase Order will be managed through PPHF Head Office, New Delhi.
