People to People Health Foundation (PPHF), New Delhi, invites sealed quotations under an Expression of Interest (EoI) for the procurement and implementation of Upgradation of ICDS and Linking with Better Visibility activities as per the configuration and requirements detailed below.

Scope of Work

The selected vendor will be responsible for executing the works across a total of 05 units, as detailed in the technical specifications below:

Infrastructure & Civil Works

  • General Renovation: Repair of walls, flooring, and roofing structures. Full renovation/construction of toilet structures and renovation of kitchen sheds.
  • Doors & Windows: Complete replacement of damaged/old doors and windows.
  • Roofing Upgrade: Laying of new Galvanised Colour Coated (GCI) sheets and other allied sheets over damaged/rejected old sheets.
  • Painting: Complete interior/exterior painting, including BALA (Building as a Learning Aid) Paintings to make the environment highly interactive for children.

Electrical & Ground Development

  • Complete Electrical Connection: Supply and installation of fans, lights, switches, switchboards, and required wiring.
  • Playground Development: Supplying and installing floor carpets/grass mats to develop safe playground areas provisioned for different sports.

Branding & Visibility

  • ACP Board Branding: Supply and installation of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) signage boards.
  • Steel Pipe Board: Fabrication and installation of steel pipe boards for project branding and visibility.

Educational & Sports Supply

  • Furniture: Supplying durable tables and chairs tailored for children (Total Learning materials/educational aids).
  • Sports Materials: Supplying age-appropriate sports equipment and kits.

Financial Bid Format (Bill of Quantities)

Vendors are required to quote their unit costs and total costs in INR (inclusive of all applicable taxes/GST, labor, transport, and commissioning charges, etc.).

Eligibility Criteria

Prospective bidders must meet the following minimum criteria to be considered:

  1. Registration: Must be a legally registered entity (Sole Proprietorship/Partnership/Private Limited) operating in India for at least 03 years.
  2. Statutory Compliance: Must possess valid PAN, GST registration, and relevant labor licenses.
  3. Experience: Prior experience in civil renovation, school infrastructure development, or rural development projects (Experience with CSR projects/NGOs/Government bodies will be an added advantage).
  4. Financial Capability: Minimum average annual turnover of INR 50 Lakhs over the last 3 financial years.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Quoted prices must represent the cost levied by your organization.
  2. Quotation validity: 30 days from the date of opening.
  3. All correspondence must indicate ENQUIRY NO. & DATE.
  4. Quotations must be typed or clearly written in indelible ink, without corrections or erasures.
  5. The quotation must include PAN, GSTIN, and complete contact details of the bidder.
  6. The sealed quotation must reach PPHF at the below address on or before 05/06/2026 by 15:00 hrs through courier, registered post, hand delivery, or by email at procurement@pphfglobal.org.
  7. If sent by email, the quotation document must be password-protected, and the password shared at the time of bid opening only.
  8. Payment will be made via NEFT/RTGS after release of payment from the client.
  9. The sealed envelope or email subject line must clearly mention “Upgradation of ICDS and Linking with Better Visibility”.
  10. All correspondence regarding the Purchase Order will be managed through PPHF Head Office, New Delhi.
