Terms and Conditions
- Quoted prices must represent the cost levied by your organization.
- Quotation validity: 07 days from the date of opening.
- All correspondence must indicate ENQUIRY NO. & DATE.
- Quotations must be typed or clearly written in indelible ink, without corrections or erasures.
- The quotation must include PAN, GSTIN, and complete contact details of the bidder.
- The sealed quotation must reach PPHF at the below address on or before 08/12/2025 by 15:00 hrs through courier, registered post, hand delivery, or by email at procurement@pphfglobal.org.
- If sent by email, the quotation document must be password-protected, and the password shared at the time of bid opening only.
- Payment will be made via NEFT/RTGS after release of payment from the client.
- The sealed envelope or email subject line must clearly mention “Branding & Visibility“.
- All correspondence regarding the Purchase Order will be managed through PPHF Head Office, New Delhi.
