People to People Health Foundation (PPHF), New Delhi, invites sealed quotations under an Expression of Interest (EoI) for the procurement and implementation of Large Cardamom Cultivation Cluster Approach activities as per the configuration and requirements detailed below.

Particular Unit Remarks
Seedling 15,000 Tissue Culture/Seed Plant support subject to market availability (inclusive of transportation, loading and unloading).
Cultivation Training and Best Practices for Farmers 48 Capacity building and practical training support.
Biofit Pesticides, Biofit Insecticides, and Biofit Fungicides 05 Acre One-time organic cultivation support.

Eligibility Criteria

 

Interested bidders must fulfill the following basic criteria to be shortlisted:

  • Valid registration as an Agri-input supplier, Government-approved Nursery, or Agricultural Consultancy firm.
  • Proven experience in executing horticulture projects, preferably with Kiwi or similar high-value fruit crops in hilly terrains.
  • Ability to handle logistical challenges related to delivery in mountainous/hilly regions.
  • Capability to deliver training via qualified agronomists or horticulture experts.

Submission Requirements

Applicants must submit a package containing the following:

  1. Company Profile & Registration: Brief history of the firm, core competencies, and legal registration documents.
  2. Relevant Experience: Evidence of similar projects executed (e.g., supply of saplings, irrigation setups, or farmer training).
  3. Proposed Work Plan: A brief write-up on how your firm intends to source the saplings, logistics plan for hilly terrain, and a basic outline of the 20-farmer training module.
  4. Financial Capability: Audited financial statements or turnover details for the last 2-3 financial years.

Note on Financial Bids: At this EoI stage, only technical capabilities and expressions of interest are required. Shortlisted vendors will be issued a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) to submit their Unit Costs and Total Budget as per the table structure provided.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Quoted prices must represent the cost levied by your organization.
  2. Quotation validity: 30 days from the date of opening.
  3. All correspondence must indicate ENQUIRY NO. & DATE.
  4. Quotations must be typed or clearly written in indelible ink, without corrections or erasures.
  5. The quotation must include PAN, GSTIN, and complete contact details of the bidder.
  6. The sealed quotation must reach PPHF at the below address on or before 05/06/2026 by 15:00 hrs through courier, registered post, hand delivery, or by email at procurement@pphfglobal.org.
  7. If sent by email, the quotation document must be password-protected, and the password shared at the time of bid opening only.
  8. Payment will be made via NEFT/RTGS after release of payment from the client.
  9. The sealed envelope or email subject line must clearly mention “Large Cardamom Cultivation Cluster Approach“.
  10. All correspondence regarding the Purchase Order will be managed through PPHF Head Office, New Delhi.
