Project Description 

To strengthen the capabilities of UPHCs and ESI dispensaries in early identification of potential complication, facilitating timely interventions and providing specialized care for high-risk pregnancies effectively and efficiently. 

Project Objectives

  1. Identify: Early identification of High-risk pregnant women through regular home visits and symptom screening. 
  2. Refer: Timely referral of identified cases to appropriate government healthcare facilities (ESIC and NHM). 
  3. Support: Empower and support Pregnant women and their families throughout their treatment journey and addressing concerns. 
  4. Bridge: Facilitate to bridge the gap between the community and healthcare providers for improved service delivery and service uptake and closing the treatment access gap.
  5. Advocate: For improved access to maternal healthcare services and policy implementation.
