SUBJECT: Invitation of quotation for Impact Film – SBI Sanjeevani Clinic on Wheels

You are invited tosubmit your most competitive quotation for the following make as per the units mentioned in Scope of Work. The standard forms in this RFP may be retyped for completion, but the bidder is responsible for their accurate reproduction.

• Background

People to People Health Foundation (PPHF), with support from SBI Foundation, is implementing the SBI Sanjeevani – Clinic on Wheels Project in Kishanganj and Shahabad Blocks of Baran District, Rajasthan. PPHF invites Expressions of Interest from experienced agencies, production houses, and documentary filmmakers for producing a high-quality impact film documenting the project’s achievements, beneficiary stories, and healthcare outcomes.

• Objective

To produce a professional 6–7 minute documentary-style impact film showcasing the reach, effectiveness, and community impact of the SBI Sanjeevani Clinic on Wheels initiative.

• Scope of Work

Pre-Production:

• Review script provided by PPHF

• Develop shoot plan and schedule

• Coordinate with PPHF for permissions and logistics

Production:

• Three-day shoot in Baran, Rajasthan

• Mobile OPD operations

• Doctor-patient interactions

• Laboratory and pharmacy services

• Community awareness activities

• Beneficiary testimonials

• Drone footage and village landscapes

Post-Production:

• Editing of 6–7 minute impact film

• Voice-over integration

• Graphics, title cards and animated maps

• English subtitles

• Color grading and audio mixing

• Branding as per PPHF and SBI Foundation guidelines

Deliverables:

• Final Film (MP4/MOV, 1080p)

• Version with subtitles

• Version without subtitles

• All raw footage

• Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Experience in CSR, healthcare, development sector, or documentary filmmaking

• Availability for travel and shooting in Rajasthan

• Professional filming and post-production capability

• Ability to deliver within the prescribed timeline

• Evaluation Criteria

Technical Proposal – 70%

• Relevant Experience and Portfolio – 30%

• Understanding of Assignment – 20%

• Team Strength and Methodology – 20%

Financial Proposal – 30%

Pre-production Planning: 3 Days Shoot in Baran, Rajasthan: 3 Days

Post-production & Graphics: 1 Week Review & Final Delivery: 3 Days

Final Film Delivery Deadline: 27 June 2026

• Payment Terms

1. • 50% upon signing of agreement/work order

   • 50% upon submission and approval of final film
